Lao Tsé and the Dao De Jing


Lao Tsé was a major figure in Chinese philosophy. He lived in approximately the 4th century B.C. and was de author of the Dao De Jing; a mystical treaties that covers many areas of philosophy, form individual spirituality to techniques for governing societies.
He was call "the old master" and "the old child" because some legends said that he spent 8 years in his mother´s womb.
His philosophy was base in "The way nature is", this means that one should avoid explicit intentions, strong will and proactive action. He often uses paradox, analogy, appropriation of ancient sayings, repetition, symmetry, rhyme and rhythm.
